RLC Horse-Drawn Heritage is proud to have a number of vehicles in its Collection and to offer these vehicles either as a static display or with horses as an active display of living history.
Static Display – Any vehicle can be displayed as a static vehicle with 3 personnel dressed in full authentic period WWI uniforms. Our informed and knowledgeable staff are able to interact with the public, answer questions on the vehicle and explain equipment and history of the vehicle in a clear, friendly and concise manner.

Active Display – The GS Wagon can be horse drawn as an active display or used to offer rides to the general public. The Horse Ambulance can be horse drawn with or without a horse patient in the back, 3 personnel dressed in full authentic period WWI uniforms and using authentic military harness. Our informed and knowledgeable staff are able to demonstrate the loading, transporting and unloading of an injured horse, interact with the public, answer questions on the vehicle and explain equipment and history of the vehicle in a clear, friendly and concise manner. The vehicle can be used in any parade your event holds.

Requirements

Equine – An area of hard standing and artic lorry parking, preferably separate from the public, to allow for preparation of vehicle and horses. Close access to water.


Add-ons

Full scale horse model, Tented Encampment, Pack saddle equipment display and period equipment.
